Privacy notice
Version of 19 October 2026, under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations. This notice explains what we store and why. The full personal-data processing policy will be published soon.
Who is responsible
Durgical (Colombia). Contact for your data: privacidad@durgical.com.
What we store, and nothing else
- Your email (to sign in) and, if you want, a display name and your language.
- With Google: your email and Google account name. No contacts, photos or other permissions.
- Your notes, private: only you see them. Nobody at Durgical reads them for commercial purposes.
- If you're a teacher: your institution and role. Classes keep no student names.
Why
To give you access, save and sync your notes, and run your institution's licence. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
Voice search
Your browser does the dictation (Google in Chrome, Apple in Safari). Durgical doesn't record audio or keep what you say; it only uses the structure name that came out of it.
Where
Supabase servers in Virginia (United States) and Cloudflare: an international data transfer, with security measures (encryption, access restricted per user).
Your rights
You can see, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent. My account lets you download your data and delete your account at any time. You can also write to privacidad@durgical.com.
